In the video link for the first page you can see how to cut out the various parts for the boat. you will need to make the following cuts: 1 - 24 inch by 96 inch sheet for bottom, bow and stern - this part we further cut into three parts: 1 - 18 inch by 24 inch part for the bow 1 - 12 inch by 24 inch part for the stern 1 - 24 inch by 66 inch part for the bottom. The purpose of this boat was to bring me out to the reef for diving and snorkelling. i put an 8 hp outboard engine on it which was fine but the boat can also take a bigger one, maybe 15 hp or so. you need about 4-5 sheets of plywood to build it.. The four half sheets of 8' plywood are used to make 12 boat panels, then these 12 panels are put together in matching pairs with butt blocks or scarf joints to make up the total 6 panels or 3 per side..
